One serving =

  • 1 cup of milk (250ml)
  • 2 slices of cheese (40g)
  • 1 small carton of yoghurt (200g)

These foods can be an excellent source of calcium. They can be a good source of protein, riboflavin and vitamin B12.

Foods include:

  • All types of milk including flavoured, reduced fat or whole. Soy drinks with added calcium.
  • All types of cheeses including reduced fat varieties.
  • Yoghurt also including low fat varieties
